Raffle2Vid Privacy Policy

Raffle2Vid is a video-production app by Jiri Chomat. It helps creators turn an entrant list and winner draw into an editable video. No account is required.

Videos, photos, camera, and microphone

Imported videos and photos, camera recordings, microphone audio, captions, edits, projects, and exported videos are processed on your device unless you choose to share or export them. Raffle2Vid does not upload video frames, audio, imported media, or exported videos to our server.

If you use automatic captions, audio may be processed by Apple's Speech Recognition service under Apple's privacy terms.

Entrant data and optional online tools

Entrant names and handles are stored in the project on your device. If you explicitly use an AI-assisted import or handle-classification feature, the text or handles you submit, your locale, and a persistent app-install identifier are sent to carspecslab.com to return the requested result and enforce service limits. This information is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Diagnostics and feedback

Raffle2Vid can send diagnostic reports to help fix crashes, export failures, import failures, preview failures, and user-submitted feedback. Diagnostics are enabled by default and can be turned off in Advanced Settings.

Reports may include the app version and build, device model, operating-system version, locale, a persistent app-install identifier, an action log, a timeline summary, error details, and feedback text you explicitly submit. Logs or summaries can contain filenames or entrant names visible in the affected project. Reports do not include video frames or audio.

Tracking and advertising

Raffle2Vid does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not use collected data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Retention and deletion

Online service requests and diagnostic reports are kept only as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the app. Because Raffle2Vid has no user accounts, requests for access or deletion should include enough detail for us to identify the relevant report or app-install identifier.

Children

Raffle2Vid is a creator tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
